Repairify is bolstering its technical sales expertise with two new appointments to enhance its nationwide customer service and support, enabling shops to employ the company’s vehicle diagnostic and calibration technology to its full potential.
Daren Nichol has been promoted internally to technical sales executive for the Midlands from his position as remote technician for Repairify, where he has been employed for the past two years. Previously Daren was a research & development technician for Nissan for over 16 years, and a team leader in production for Jaguar Land Rover.
Jamie Willis has been recruited as technical sales executive for the South from Solera, where he worked for over 15 years and was more recently operational support manager for its three flagship brands Autodata, Audatex and Hollander. He was responsible for all the after care and support at every customer touch point, including sales and marketing, championing potential and existing customers and interacting with teams globally.
