3 Months Free Remote Services Access Terms and Conditions

Introductory offer to existing customers of asTech (the “Offer”).  This Offer is run by Repairify UK Ltd (CRN 11511329) t/a asTech having its registered office at Old Chambers, 93-94 West Street, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7EB (“asTech” and “We”).  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions govern the Offer.

 

  1. This Offer shall run from 1 December 2023 until midnight on 30 April 2024 (the “Offer Period”). Following acceptance of the Offer during the Offer Period, the Offer shall be available for a maximum period of 3 (three) calendar months (the “Discount Period“).

 

  1. The Offer is only available to existing asTech customers who have not used any asTech’s remote services within the six month period 1 June 2023 to 30 November 2023 (the “Eligible Customers”). Please note that in circumstances where remote services are being provided under the terms of a Repairify supply arrangement, whereby pricing has been agreed with a Repairify partner, these will be excluded from the Offer and will not qualify as an Eligible Customer.

 

  1. These terms and conditions incorporate the Eligible Customer’s existing terms with asTech, which shall apply to such remote services (the “Terms and Conditions“).

 

  1. All Eligible Customers signing up to these terms shall be entitled to use the asTech remote services, being diagnostic scans, camera or radar calibrations, or programming events (each an “Activity” and together the “Activities”) without cost (the “Introductory Price”) for up to a maximum of 12 (twelve) Activities (the “Maximum Activities”) during the Discount Period. Should an Eligible Customer exceed the Maximum Activities during the Discount Period, such Activity or Activities in excess of the Maximum Activities will be subject to a charge as set out in the asTech Terms and Conditions.  In the event that an Eligible Customer fails to use the Maximum Activities during the Discount Period, any unused Activity balance at the Introductory Price shall expire.

 

  1. If, during the Offer Period an Eligible Customer’s agreement is terminated for any reason or such Eligible Customer fails to comply with these terms, the Introductory Price will no longer be applied.

 

  1. The Introductory Price will automatically end even if this is before the end of the Discount Period in accordance with Clause 5 of these terms.

 

  1. After the Discount Period such remote services shall revert to the full price as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. asTech may vary or amend these terms and conditions. Any amendment to these terms and conditions will be explained at the top of this page.

 

  1. asTech reserves the right to extend or shorten the Offer Period at any time and/or change or withdraw this Offer at any time. Furthermore, asTech may remove or discontinue this offer at any time.

 

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer only includes the Introductory Price and there will be no cash or other alternatives and this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer.

 

  1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

 

  1. The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
